All items sold by Maison Laimonelle x Fredrick Anderson are custom made to order. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the made to order nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to update or cancel your order, reach out to us as soon as possible. We can only make changes if production has not started. Once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be accommodated.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the issue and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the situation.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Please double check your information before completing your order.
